ChromaX® A20 Affinity Chromatography Column

The ChromaX(R) A20 is a protein A affinity chromatography column manufactured by Bio-Link Biological Applied Technologies for rapidly and accurately measuring antibody concentration (titer) in cell culture supernatant. Built on a hydrophilic polystyrene-divinylbenzene porous substrate coupled with a recombinant protein A ligand, it offers low non-specific adsorption, high binding selectivity, and a 2-5 minute analysis time with good linearity from 0.02 to 10 mg/mL; the alkali-tolerant ligand also allows the column to be regenerated with 0.1 M NaOH.
