Functional Service Provision (FSP) is a workforce model that replaces multiple staffing vendors with one dedicated partner who sources, manages and delivers contingent labor within the client's existing SOPs. Tailored to each client's operations, it improves consistency, accountability and efficiency while supporting KPI achievement and full compliance, backed by flexible/scalable staffing, GMP expertise, quality-driven delivery and comprehensive technical/engineering support.
