Winkler and Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen GmbH offer service "Plants for jelly products (OTC)"

These production lines are designed for OTC confectionery made from pectin, gum arabic, gelatin, agar-agar or carrageenan, as well as licorice, fondant, cream and marshmallow foam, and can also handle liqueur depositing. Built around the FFP (Fast-Forward Process) co-developed with WDS, the equipment produces fruit gum hygienically and without starch powder.
