NMVS Alerts is Europe's most widely used alert management system, giving pharmaceutical stakeholders a central platform to collaboratively investigate, manage and resolve EMVS/FMD alerts. Built for OBPs/MAHs alongside end users, NMVOs and NCAs, it supports structured investigations and information exchange in line with EMVO Alert Handling Guidance. OBPs/MAHs can manage alert workflows at the batch level, launch investigations, request pack photos or returns, and record conclusions directly in the system, while all stakeholders get an up-to-date view of alert status, enabling transparent collaboration to resolve alerts efficiently and meet regulatory obligations.
