Spark-Lab's Pharmaceutical Analyses Department partners with pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturers on R&D projects, drawing on skilled staff and modern instrumentation to support the early pre-formulation stage of generic drug or cosmetic development. This work establishes the qualitative and quantitative makeup of the intended final product, while spectrophotometric methods along with liquid and gas chromatography are used to develop analytical methods for quantifying active ingredients and impurities in raw materials and finished goods. All projects follow the procedures of the lab's ISO 9001:2008-certified quality system, with staff keeping clients informed throughout each phase.
