Dinka Dugassa Iticha is a PhD Research Scholar and highly accomplished Senior Lecturer of Clinical Pharmacy, Researcher, Expert Pharmacist, and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with a strong academic and professional background in pharmaceutical sciences. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree earned through a rigorous five-year program and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Clinical Pharmacy, where he graduated with a perfect 4.00/4.00 CGPA and an excellent thesis result. Throughout his career, Dinka has demonstrated exceptional commitment to advancing clinical pharmacy education, research, and practice in Ethiopia. His professional experience spans academia, clinical service, and administration. Currently, he serves as the Registrar Head of PharmaPlus Medical College, where he provides strategic academic leadership and ensures institutional excellence in teaching and learning. As a Senior Lecturer, Dinka has taught and mentored numerous pharmacy and health science students, fostering evidence-based clinical decision-making and patient-centered pharmaceutical care. His research interests lie in clinical pharmacotherapy, rational drug use, antimicrobial stewardship, and health service quality improvement. He has contributed to several research projects and publications addressing critical healthcare challenges in Ethiopia.
