I am a first-generation immigrant and PhD graduate student, fluent in both Spanish and English, and a proud US Army Engineer Corps veteran. I hold an associate degree in Natural Science and Mathematics from Bergen Community College. In May 2024, I graduated with honors from The College of New Jersey, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in research and pre-medicine. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical Engineering at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. My research is dedicated to exploring injury biomechanics and prevention for elderly individuals, as well as conducting studies related to car crashes.
