I am a translational immunology researcher focusing on extracellular vesicle (EV)-based drug delivery systems to functionally reprogram pathogenic immune cells and promote tissue regeneration in inflammatory diseases. My research integrates EV engineering, in vivo disease models of acute kidney injury (AKI), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and colorectal cancer (CRC), intestinal epithelial organoid systems, molecular immunology, and patient-derived single-cell RNA-seq analyses to develop mechanism-driven therapeutic strategies.
