Zeeshan Ali is a Gold Medalist and PhD research scholar. He completed his Master’s degree in Pharmacology from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for academic excellence. His research focuses on neuropathic pain, neurodegenerative disorders, and the use of medicinal plants for neuroprotection, particularly Convolvulus pluricaulis. He has hands-on experience in experimental animal studies, phytochemical extraction and standardization, behavioral assessments, and evaluation of oxidative stress biomarkers. In addition, he works with molecular docking and network pharmacology to explore drug–target interactions and underlying mechanisms. He has published research and review articles in reputed journals and contributed to book chapters with leading publishers. His interests include medicinal plants, in silico pharmacology, and mechanism-based therapeutic development.
