The 5L vacuum emulsifying mixer (model KPZ-5), part of King Pack Machinery's KPZ series ranging up to 800L capacity, is used to produce high-grade skin care products, pharmaceutical ointments and soft creams by shearing, homogenizing, centrifugal extruding, impacting and dispersing materials under vacuum to yield a smooth, bubble-free result. The KPZ-5 model runs at a 2900rpm homogenizing speed, 0-86rpm mixing speed and 0.55-1kW power draw, and the system comprises oil and water tanks, a vacuum homogenizing tank, heating, mixing, vacuum, lifting and control systems. It is distributed across North America, Central/South America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
