650L Vacuum emulsifying mixer

This 650L-class vacuum emulsifying mixer, part of the KPZ series supplied (though not manufactured) by King Pack Machinery, is designed to produce high-grade skin care products, pharmaceutical ointments, and other soft creams by shearing, homogenizing, centrifugally extruding, and dispersing material under vacuum to yield a smooth, bubble-free result. Larger KPZ models in this range, including the 650-scale unit, run at up to 2800 rpm homogenizing speed with 4-18 kW of power and -0.09 MPa vacuum, and the system integrates oil and water tanks, a vacuum homogenizing tank, heating, mixing, vacuum, and electric lifting subsystems with a central control cabinet. It is sold globally across the Americas, Western and Eastern Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
