Bulk Filling System

The Bulk Filling System, manufactured directly by Lisure Science (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. under its Lisure brand, is an automated aseptic dispensing platform for freeze-thaw bags, capable of filling a 12L bag in about 2 minutes with ±50g accuracy and processing over 1,500L within 8 hours. It uses a customized, modular single-use 3D pipeline with sterile connectors, an ultrasonic flowmeter and a high-precision peristaltic pump, and its process-level software supports data logging, electronic signatures and one-person operation. It is distributed across North America, Central/South America, Europe, Australasia and Asia.
