Chlorotrimethylsilane

This chlorotrimethylsilane product, manufactured directly by Shanghai Wechem Technology Limited to in-house standards, is a colorless-to-light-yellow liquid available in first-class (purity ≥99%) and qualified (≥98%) grades. It is corrosive and moisture-sensitive, releasing toxic, corrosive fumes on contact with water, and is used mainly in producing MM, silazanes, antibiotics, and active gene-protection reagents; it ships in 200L galvanized or plastic-lined iron drums to markets across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australasia, the Middle East, and Africa.
