Cisplatin Injection is manufactured directly by Guangdong Lingnan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and was approved by China's National Medical Products Administration in 2018 under the latest and most stringent technical standards then in force. The formulation's concentration and prescription mirror the original branded product developed in Europe and the United States and notably omit the cosolvent polyethylene glycol 400 used by some domestic competitors at higher concentrations, a difference the supplier positions as reducing clinical risk; it is packaged in neutral borosilicate glass vials sealed with inert PTFE-coated rubber stoppers to enhance storage stability. Samples are available, and the product is distributed across a broad international market spanning the Americas, Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
