CRM-197 is a non-toxic, single-amino-acid-mutant carrier protein of diphtheria toxin, manufactured directly by Chengdu GC Biotech Co., Ltd. via recombinant E. coli fermentation without formaldehyde detoxification, achieving purity above 90%. It is widely used as a carrier protein in polysaccharide conjugate vaccines, including Hib, pneumococcal, and meningococcal vaccines, and is also studied for cancer applications such as inhibiting tumor growth via HB-EGF binding and as a cancer vaccine carrier. Offered at GLP and GMP grade in 5mg or 100mg vials (customizable), it is distributed across North America, Central/South America, Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
