ChargePoint Technology sell "Bottle Wash Station"

The Bottle Wash Station enables effective cleaning of product-contact areas on the Passive and connected container, using a penetrating WIP lance paired with an Active unit that allows the Passive to be coupled and opened in a contained manner. The penetrating wash lance delivers thorough washing so the Passive and container can be safely uncoupled ahead of a validated cleaning cycle elsewhere, contained within flexible PTFE bellows connected to the Active unit on one side and a traversing platform on the other that moves the assembly up and down. As the lance passes through the open valve, it washes the valve and disc faces through to the connection with the process container itself, with a drain connection built in to let wash fluid drain from the station.
