The Mikron G05 linear assembly cell is built from standardized building blocks offering flexibility and modularity, with a proven, stable platform ensuring speed, precision, and reliability. It uses cam drives for all primary motions to keep working units and the pallet indexing system precisely synchronized; fixtured pallets enter the cell and advance in steps of 60, 120, 160, or 240 mm depending on the model, with a systematic quality check after each assembly step. Multiple cells can be linked for full layout flexibility, the linear design improves accessibility for operators and maintenance staff, and a mix of manual workstations, semi-automatic, and fully automatic cells allows progressive investment from pilot line to fully automatic line.
