Templar is a patented gynecological-health food supplement combining vitamin B6, beta carotene, selenium, alpha-lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10, and green tea (Camellia Sinensis) catechins, supplied in easy-to-use dosing-cap vials at a recommended one vial per day. Its clinical efficacy in protecting cells from oxidative stress and easing oxidative-stress-related symptoms in young women on oral contraceptives was published in Contraception 85 (2012) 503-508. In the EU, its EFSA-approved claims (Regulation 1924/2006) cover normal energy metabolism, nervous system and psychological function, reduced tiredness and fatigue, hormonal regulation via vitamin B6, and normal thyroid function.
