Semi automatic plastic tube filling and sealing machine

This semi-automatic plastic tube filling and sealing machine, model KP250-A, is supplied by King Pack Machinery (sourced rather than manufactured in-house) for filling greases, creams, and other viscous liquids into plastic or laminated tubes from 5g to 250g at +/-1% precision. It combines piston-and-peristaltic-pump filling with hot-air sealing, code embossing, and tail trimming in a single PLC-and-touch-screen-controlled unit, using SS316 product-contact parts to meet GMP standards. It is sold across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
