The SG-XM Individual Stick Packs Multi-line Checkweigher (2-12 lane) is manufactured directly by Shanghai Shigan Industrial Co., Ltd to weigh and sort finished stick-pack products coming off multi-lane packaging lines, automatically rejecting out-of-spec packs. It weighs in the 2-300g range to +/-0.01g accuracy at up to 70 pieces per minute per lane, with the number of lanes customizable and each channel's data trackable independently or in aggregate through a single control display.
