MSc Medical Biotechnology student at the University of Padua, with a background in molecular and cell biology and a growing focus on computational pathology, biomedical image analysis, bioinformatics, and biomedical visualization. My current research direction is connected broadly to whole-slide histology image analysis, image registration, and preparation of serial tissue data for later 3D reconstruction and analysis.
