9th-semester medical student at the State University of Ceará (UECE), with an expected graduation date in the second semester of 2027. Currently serves as a scholarship-funded Teaching Assistant in Clinical Pharmacology, and has previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in Morphological Sciences (Embryology and Histology), Human Anatomy, and General Pharmacology. Former President of the Academic League of Anesthesiology, Pharmacology and Pain at UECE (LIANCE-UECE), where he led the league’s revitalization after a period of inactivity, structuring a solid academic ecosystem in the field. Organized the largest Academic Symposium on Anesthesiology, Pharmacology and Pain at UECE, with approximately 20 speakers and institutional support from the Brazilian Society of Anesthesiology (SBA), the Ceará Society of Anesthesiology (SAEC), and the Ceará Medical Association (AMC). Also secured sponsorships that enabled the acquisition of simulation equipment and proprietary resources for hands-on training within the league. Coordinated the 1st and 2nd Interleague Symposiums on Anesthesiology during the Ceará Congress of Anesthesiology. Served as President of the National Association for Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Health Transformation (AGETS-BR) and Founder and President of AGETS-CE, leading projects and conferences that brought together physicians, executives, and academics from across Brazil around healthcare management and innovation. Founder of the Academic League of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Health Management at UECE (LEGIS-UECE) and of the Ceará School of Medicine and Health Innovation (ECEMIS). Served as Director of Sports (Basketball) and Director of Partnerships and Sponsorships at the UECE Academic Athletic Association (2023–2024), and as Secretary-General of the Young Ceará Medical Association (AMC Jovem). Founder of MedLeap, a healthtech focused on artificial intelligence applied to medical education, and founder of B.R.A.I.N MED, an ecosystem that connects medicine, innovation, and business, fostering strategic connections to transform healthcare in Ceará. Has a strong background and deep interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, and healthcare innovation, with a focus on developing high-impact solutions for students, physicians, and the Brazilian healthcare system.
