Research Assistant

I am a A-Grade pharmacist and early-career researcher with a strong interest in pharmaceutical sciences, drug delivery systems. Since 2021, I have been working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Pharmacy at the University of Asia Pacific. My research focuses on the design, formulation, and evaluation of advanced pharmaceutical dosage forms, including nanoparticles, microspheres, and multilayer tablet systems, with the goal of improving drug delivery, therapeutic efficacy, and patient outcomes. My undergraduate research investigated the quality and pharmaceutical equivalence of commercially available Aceclofenac tablet formulations in Bangladesh through comparative evaluation, excipient compatibility studies, and formulation optimisation. My research interests include pharmaceutical formulation development, novel drug delivery systems, nano-medicine, biopharmaceutics, clinical pharmacy, pharmacology, and translational pharmaceutical research. I am particularly interested in developing innovative and evidence-based therapeutic strategies that bridge pharmaceutical research and clinical application. In addition to academic research, I completed industrial training at Drug International Limited, where I gained practical exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems. As a registered pharmacist in Bangladesh, I am committed to continuous learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and conducting high-quality research that contributes to advances in pharmaceutical science and ultimately improves patient care.
