I am an undergraduate researcher in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering at Gopalganj Science and Technology University (GSTU), Bangladesh, maintaining a CGPA of 3.755/4.00. My research interests span computational drug discovery, vaccine design, clinical microbiology, infectious diseases, and cancer biology. As a Research Assistant at Dawn of Bioinformatics Ltd., I apply advanced computational methodologies, including molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, network pharmacology, immunoinformatics, DFT analysis, and ADMET profiling. I currently lead two computational drug discovery projects and one immunoinformatics-based vaccine design project.
