Professor of Epidemiology

Pascale Salameh PharmD, MPH, PhD. Currently a full Professor of Epidemiology at the Lebanese University, at the Faculties of Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Heath, and Doctoral School of Sciences & Technologies. Quality Representative and Accreditation leader the Lebanese University. Previously Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy - Lebanese University and Previous Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the School of Pharmacy - Lebanese American University. Previous and current chair of the Scientific Committee at the Lebanese Order of Pharmacists. Invited professor, adjunct professor and research associate in many institutions at local and international levels: Lebanese American University - School of Medicine, Saint Joseph University - Faculty of Dental Medicine, Modern University of Business and Sciences, Université Libre de Bruxelles - Ecole de Santé Publique, Université Paris Est Créteil - Hôpital Henri Mondor, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin & Fraunhofer Institute - Germany, and University of Nicosia Medical School. Member of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP). Founder and Director of the Institut National de Santé Publique, Epidémiologie Clinique et Toxicologie (INSPECT-LB). Expert in research direction with a diploma of Ability to Direct Research (HDR); long experience in research designing, data collection, management and advanced statistical analysis. Has produced more than 800 publications in peer-reviewed journals and presented hundreds of oral presentations and scientific posters in the fields of medical epidemiology, clinical pharmacy, and public health.
