As an accomplished academic with 11+ years of experience in higher education, I have been fully committed to the pursuit of knowledge, mentorship of students, and advancement of research. Currently serving as a Professor at Buddha Institute of Pharmacy, GIDA, Gorakhpur affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. I have had the privilege of working with talented students, collaborating with esteemed colleagues, and consistently contributing to the field of Pharmacy. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to teaching excellence. I have designed and delivered courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, ensuring student engagement through innovative pedagogical methods. My teaching philosophy focuses on fostering critical thinking, promoting interdisciplinary interactions, and instilling a passion for lifelong learning. Additionally, my teaching evaluations consistently rank above departmental averages, reflecting my ability to connect with students and facilitate their academic growth. My research interests primarily revolve around NDDS, Herbal Formulations and nutraceuticals, with a particular emphasis on Natural Gums. I have published extensively in reputable peer-reviewed journals and have presented my findings at numerous national and international conferences. Furthermore, my ability to secure external funding for research projects has allowed me to create opportunities for students to actively participate in cutting-edge research. In addition to my teaching and research accomplishments, I have also actively engaged in academic service and leadership roles.
