Professor Sahar El-Gowilly is a chair of Pharmacology and Toxicology Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, Alexandria University. Member of the 14th committee for promotion of professors and associate professors in pharmacology and clinical pharmacy, Prior to this Professor Sahar was a professor of pharmacology at faculty of pharmacy, AU, her specialty in the field of pharmacology is cardiovascular and renal pharmacology. Her area of expertise also covers the effects of sepsis, endotoxic shock and preeclampsia as health hazards from mechanistic approach,She has 39 publications in top ranked journals, has h-index (14), 530 citations. Professor Sahar awarded many national and international prices. Over the past 10 years. Professor Sahar El-Gowilly participates in a number of national and international projects; Erasmus plus; as Principle investigator (PI) or Co-PI. And she is a member of the editorial board of world Academy of Science, member of American college of clinical Pharmacology, Reviewer in a number of pharmacological journals as European Journal of Pharmacology, life sciences, Frontiers in Pharmacology. She was a previous member of the Egyptian promotion committee of professors and associate professors of pharmacology and clinical pharmacy. ID: 23137.
