Dr. Theophilus Ehidiamen OAMEN, Qualifications: BPharm (University of Benin), MPharm (Clinical Pharmacy; University of Ibadan, B+), MBA (Operations Management: Obafemi Awolowo University, Distinction-A), MPhil (Pharmacy Administration: Obafemi Awolowo University, B+), FPCPharm (Public Health: West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists), PhD (Management, specialization-Healthcare Management, University of Central Nicaragua, UCN) with a distinction in Thesis Work. Dr. OAMEN has a keen interest in developing models to question, develop, and improve existing theories. I have over 22 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and retail. Dr. OAMEN enthusiastically undertakes exploratory and quantitative research in organizational behavior, human resource management in pharmaceutical settings, health economics, general management, and health management. Dr. Oamen applies structural equation modeling (SEM) with proficiency in the use of AMOS, ADANCO, WarpPLS, and LISREL software for elucidating multivariate relationships between constructs. Dr. Oamen evaluates simple and complex relationships as empirically present in organizational situations, with a particular focus on healthcare organizations. He has published in several Q1 and Q2 Scopus Indexed International Journals such as Journal of Interprofessional Care, Journal of Economics and Management, Exploratory Research in Clinical and Social Pharmacy, Journal of Pharmaceutical Health Services Research, and Hospital Topics. Dr. Oamen is a member of the Editorial board of Journal of Social and Educational Research [Turkey], and a Reviewer for Top-tier Journals such as Journal of Economics and Management, Journal of Health Psychology, International Journal of Healthcare Management, International Journal of Economic Behavior, BMC Health Services Research, Future Business Journal, Journal of Health Psychology, Health Expectations, Journal of Social and Educational Research amongst others Dr. Oamen is married to a Pharmacist, Omorenuwa Sophia, and blessed with 5 lovely kids.
