This integrated, customizable powder filling solution is built on vacuum-based, auger-based or combined technology, with an option for weigh-metric filling and 21 CFR-compliant software, sized to the powder's characteristics, required accuracy/output and fill range. Machines cover a 3 mg to 3 kg fill range at up to 240 bottles per minute, work with both HDPE and glass bottles, and scale from R&D through pilot to commercial production. The line portfolio includes an HDPE unscrambler with air rinsing, glass bottle air-jet cleaning, the powder filler itself, a capping machine for ROPP or screw caps with optional torque measurement, a dose-measure fixing machine, a combined metal detector/checkweigher, an induction sealer and a labelling machine.
