Uses its switch control kinase inhibitor platform to design small molecules that control kinase conformation, and has brought ripretinib for gastrointestinal stromal tumour and vimseltinib for tenosynovial giant cell tumour to market alongside a pipeline of further kinase inhibitor programmes in oncology.
