Pakistani public university at Dera Ismail Khan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, founded in 1974 and serving the south of the province. Teaches through faculties of pharmacy with its own pharmacy college, veterinary and animal sciences, agriculture, chemical and life sciences with chemistry, biotechnology and microbiology, engineering and social sciences, and carries out research in pharmaceutical sciences, medicinal plants and agriculture with its own laboratories and farms.
