Lebanese public university with campuses across the country and its central administration in Beirut, founded in 1951 and the only public university in Lebanon. Teaches across medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, public health, science, engineering, agriculture, law, economics, letters and social sciences, and its Faculty of Pharmacy in Hadath trains pharmacists through the Doctor of Pharmacy programme with graduate study and pharmaceutical research.
