Best known for nemonoxacin, a non-fluorinated quinolone antibiotic sold as Taigexyn for community acquired pneumonia and licensed to partners in China and other markets, and it also works on burixafor, a CXCR4 antagonist for stem cell mobilisation and blood disorders, and on antiviral and haematology programmes, running its own medicinal chemistry and clinical development.
