Mexican private university at San Andrés Cholula near Puebla, founded in 1940 as Mexico City College and moved to Puebla in 1970, accredited in both Mexico and the United States. Teaches through schools of sciences with chemistry, biology, nutrition and food engineering, engineering with biomedical, chemical and industrial engineering, business, arts and humanities and social sciences, and runs its own laboratories with research in food science, biotechnology, environmental chemistry and biomedical engineering.
