Mô tả công việc
岗位职责：
1、独立负责产品的策略制定与执行管理；
2、启动全国学术项目，并做好阶段评估与复盘工作；
3、负责全国专家网络的建设与管理工作；
4、启动临床研究，完善产品的循证证据；
5、通过后台数据分析，做好医患的运营与管理；
6、更新产品知识并制作相应的推广工具；
7、独立解决突发问题，提出有效的措施。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，医药相关专业，临床医学优先；
2、3年以上药企产品管理相关工作经验，可以独立负责产品全生命周期管理，操作消化领域产品优先，有新品0-1成功经验优先；
3、熟悉office办公软件，具备较好的PPT制作能力；
4、具备较强的市场分析、产品管理、学术活动策划与KOL管理能力；
5、具有良好的沟通表达、跨部门协调能力和团队精神。适应全国范围出差。
