任职要求： 1.全日制大学本科及以上学历，机械制造、机械工程、材料成型专业； 2.3年以上压铸机设备管理维修经验，熟悉压铸工艺原理，压铸机结构及液压系统、冷却系统、电气控制系统原理； 3.了解模具结构及热处理工艺； 4.熟悉工业机器人、MES系统智能化设备集成； 5.逻辑清晰，团队协作，沟通能力强，适应车间环境。 工作时间： 双休 9：00—17:30 福利政策： 基本工资+绩效+加拖班+中晚班补贴、防寒降暑补贴、五险一金、 享受国家规定的各类假期、高温假、带薪年休假、育儿假、婚假等； 三节福利、生日纪念品、年度健康体检、免费班车、免费工作餐、职业装等； 免费提供住宿。
