职位亮点：外用药生产企，品种品规齐全
一、工作目标
1.完成公司下达的所属城市一级、二级分销任务指标，持续增加产品品类规格，提升终端市场覆盖率；
2.建立并维护完善的销售网络体系，完成销售目标达成率，新增终端覆盖率；
二、岗位职责
1.负责辖区内所有终端客户的开发与维护工作，包括但不限于：医药商业公司、连锁药店、单体药店等；
2.制定并执行区域销售计划，确保完成月度、季度、年度销售目标；
3.开展市场调研，收集竞品信息，反馈市场动态；
4.组织产品推广活动，提升产品市场占有率；
5.维护客情关系，处理客户投诉及售后服务。
三、任职要求
1.医药相关专业背景，3年以上医药行业从业经验；
2.熟悉当地医药商业公司及连锁渠道运作模式；
3.具备2-3年终端市场推广经验者优先考虑；
4.掌握医药基础知识，了解市场营销理论；
5.具备优秀的抗压能力和沟通协调能力。
