esponsible for the daily production and personnel management of the team. 负责班组日常的生产和人员管理。  Manage line balance & TAKT time to ensure efficiency of production line . 管理产线线平衡及生产节拍以确保产线效率。  Handle all relevant abnormal situation on the production line to ensure the smooth operation. 处置产线上的相关异常情况，以确保产线的流畅运行。  Exercise the supervisory and management responsibilities for the safety production of the work team. 行使班组安全生产的监督管理职责。  Assist the department manager in improving the production efficiency, quality, and process optimization of the team. 协助部门经理经行班组生产效率提高，质量改善和流程优化等工作。  Assist department managers in completing the department's automation and digital transformation and transformation work. 协助部门经理完成部门的自动化和数字化转型改造工作。  Able to perform appropriate daily maintenance on the work clamp molds and equipment within the team. 能够对班组内的工夹模和设备进行恰当的日常维护。  Familiar with the automation equipment within the team, with the ability to program and debug simple robots. 熟悉班组内的自动化设备，具备简单机器人编程和调试的能力。  Capable of simple troubleshooting for AGV. 具备AGV简易故障排除能力。  Analyze production data and provide rationalization suggestions. 对生产数据进行分析，并提供合理化建议。  Complete the various assessment indicators set by the company. 完成公司制定的各项考核指标。  Other tasks assigned by the department manager. 部门经理安排的其他工作。 Main Requirements 主要职位要求  College degree or above, mechanical and electrical integration major is preferred. 专科学历，机电一体化专业优先。  More than five years of work experience in the assembly industry and more than one year of management experience, power distribution manufacture industries is preferred. 装配行业五年以上的工作经验，一年以上管理经验。输配电制造行业经验优先。  Have a spirit of teamwork. 具有团队合作精神。  Good learning capacity ，have the potential for job rotation and development. 学习能力强, 具备轮岗发展的潜力。  Priority given to those with lean production management experience . 具备精益生产管理经验者优先。
