Eduardo Mendez-Palos He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Guadalajara. He is a full-time professor in the Department of Translational Bioengineering at CUCEI, where he has held various academic and administrative positions, including Coordinator for the Biomedical Engineering Program, Executive Secretary of the Division of Cyber-Human Integration Technologies, and currently, Secretary for Academic Affairs, CUCEI – University of Guadalajara. His work focuses on technological innovation, educational management, and the development of projects in biomedical engineering. He has actively participated in professional organizations such as IEEE-EMBS, the Mexican Society of Biomedical Engineering (SOMIB) and the College of Biomedical Engineers of the State of Jalisco (CIBEJ).
