Braided Silicone Hose Assemblies combine platinum-cured, biopharmaceutical-grade BPSHP high-pressure silicone hose with permanently crimped 316 stainless steel tri-clamp fittings (SF4 finish) to provide a lightweight, flexible alternative to wire-braided hose for critical bioprocess fluid transfer. Each assembly is built to custom lengths, is lot-traceable and USP Class VI compliant, is pressure tested for integrity, and can be autoclaved repeatedly for use in both single-use and multi-use systems, with optional laser marking or FEP-encapsulated tagging. Manufactured directly by Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, it is sold into pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets across North America, Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
