This tablet/pellet coating machine works by rotating a coating cylinder to keep the pellet cores in continuous motion while a peristaltic pump and high-performance spray gun apply coating material to their surface; filtered hot air dries the coating and is then exhausted, producing a uniform film under precise process control. It operates as a closed system with high coating efficiency and can be fitted with coating containers of different capacities.
