Made of polystyrene and produced in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom, it offers a large monolayer culture area with a smooth, highly transparent inner surface for clear microscopic observation, a wide-mouth opening for easy pipette or scraper access, and a vented 0.22 μm hydrophobic membrane cap for gas exchange without microbial contamination; it is DNase-free, RNase-free, pyrogen-free, endotoxin-free, and sterile, suited to medium-scale cell and tissue culture.
