Liposome Di-adjuvant E is a ready-to-use liposomal vaccine adjuvant system combining 3-O-desacyl-4'-monophosphoryl lipid A (a TLR4 agonist) with Quillaja saponaria fraction 21 (QS-21), encapsulated via thin-film dispersion and extrusion into 95-120 nm bilayer liposomes to deliver dual-pathway immune activation with improved antibody titers and CTL activity. Manufactured directly by Chengdu GC Biotech Co., Ltd. at pharmaceutical grade and certified to ChP, USP, EP and in-house standards, it is supplied in 5 mL, 100 mL and 500 mL bottles (customizable) and sold across North America, Central/South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Australasia, Asia and the Middle East.
