Liposome Tri-adjuvant is a three-component liposomal vaccine adjuvant that combines 3-O-desacyl-4'-monophosphoryl lipid A (a TLR4 agonist) with the saponins QS-21 and QS-7, encapsulated as 95-120 nm bilayer liposomes via thin-film dispersion and extrusion to deliver triple-pathway immune amplification with reduced local reactogenicity compared to unencapsulated saponin. Manufactured directly by Chengdu GC Biotech Co., Ltd. at pharmaceutical grade and certified to ChP, USP, EP and in-house standards, it is supplied in 5 mL, 100 mL and 500 mL bottles (customizable) and distributed to North America, Central/South America, Western Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
