Sartorius sell "Ambr® 250 High Throughput Perfusion"

The Ambr® 250 High Throughput Perfusion system is a parallel bioreactor platform for rapidly developing scalable perfusion processes, using 100-250mL single-use bioreactors on a fully automated liquid-handling platform. It supports typical hollow-fibre cell retention applications with up to 24 fully single-use perfusion bioreactors running in parallel, dramatically speeding up the optimization of intensified cell culture processes to lower production volumes and cost of goods. Depending on the bioreactor type installed, it can run in perfusion or fed-batch mode, suiting applications such as process clone selection, media development, process optimization, process characterization and scale-down model development.
