Where production scale, access constraints, or room classification (such as hazardous areas) rule out manual handling, the PowerDock system can be fitted to any ChargePoint valve to deliver fully automated docking. It automatically raises and lowers the Active unit as it docks to a Passive unit and corrects any misalignment to keep docking accuracy repeatable. Mounted directly between the process equipment and the Active unit, a specialized bearing arrangement compensates for lateral misalignment during docking, while a flexible EPDM connector accommodates vertical movement without breaking containment; built-in guide pins and sleeves return the Active unit to a fixed central position once it undocks.
