Lecturer of pharmacology and therapeutics

Currently Im serving as a Lecturer in Pharmacology and Therapeutics at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pharos University in Alexandria, Egypt, where I have been a committed member of the academic staff since 2011. Throughout my academic career, I have cultivated a profound expertise in the field of cancer therapeutics and metabolic disorders, with a particular focus on the utilization of both conventional pharmaceuticals and natural products. My Master’s research was centered on the treatment of breast cancer, specifically investigating the therapeutic efficacy of tamoxifen and raloxifene on the MCF7/LCC2 cell line. Subsequently, my doctoral research was devoted to assessing the impact of the natural compound sulforaphane on chronic obesogenesis in Wistar rats.
