Tóm tắt chuyên môn
I am Ali Mustafa, a BS Zoology candidate at the University of Okara (Pakistan), with a strong academic foundation in molecular biology, bioinformatics, and biotechnology. My research interests lie in computational biology, molecular docking, pharmacokinetics, and drug discovery from natural products, with a focus on developing therapeutic strategies for human health.
I have co-authored a peer-reviewed journal article titled “Pharmacokinetics and Molecular Docking-Based Investigation of Bioactive Compounds from Curcuma longa Targeting Key Proteins in Low Back Pain Management” (2025), which combines bioinformatics approaches with pharmacological analysis to identify potential therapeutic compounds.
Beyond research, I have gained experience as a biology teacher, mentoring students in scientific concepts and laboratory practices, and as a field survey assistant, studying water sustainability and agricultural practices in rural communities. I have also participated in international conferences, expanding my scientific perspective and collaborative network.
My long-term goal is to pursue advanced studies in biosciences and molecular medicine, contributing to global health research and fostering a strong scientific culture in Pakistan
