Dr.M.Sathish Kumar is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology at Bapatla College of Pharmacy, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India . Dr.Sathish Kumar received his PhD in Pharmacology at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh, his M.Pharm in Pharmacology and his B.Pharm from the The Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R Medical University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Before joining the faculty at BCOP, he was a Program Coordinator for Pharmacy and Health Programmes at Texila American University. He is an accreditation panel expert for Higher Education Authority [HEA], Ministry of Higher Education, Republic of Zambia. He has served on University/College statutory bodies and committees such as Governing Council, Senate, Board of Studies, Purchase, Academic Programme, Accreditation, Research Ethics and Quality Assurance. He is a recipient of three National Awards for his research in malnutrition and industrial effluent management. His research interests lie in the areas of neuropharmacology and pharmacoepidemiological studies.
