Last decade She is actively participating undergraduate and graduate study programs development and implementation (Member of the National Sectoral Council of the Higher Education Program in the field of "Public Health" and "Pharmacy") Her interests are to make higher health education more accessible, engaging and beneficial for students, teachers, healthcare specialists and population; In cooperation with partner universities creating new Curriculum design and implement, develop Inter professional education and Technology-enabled education, improve Learning environments, assess learner needs. Elza Nikoleishvili is co-Author of Scientific Concept: System Full Continuous Higher Educational programs” MEDEA” and “Health Care Plus’’ systematic full continuous educational program. They include: Doctoral program “Doc. MEDEA”; Postdoctoral Program “Post Doc MEDEA”; Habilitation Program: Hab. MEDEA”.
